PIKE ARMS® M11/9 BARREL THREADED 3/4x10 TPI
- FOR SMG OR PISTOL
These Pike Arms® new production US manufactured high quality M11/9 barrels for machine guns or semi auto pistols are professionally threaded 3/4 x 10 TPI identically to the original SWD machine gun barrels for MAC style suppressor or muzzle accessory mounting.
The barrels are precision CNC machined between centers for accurate thread alignment from 4150 chromemoly steel, button rifled and are hot salt blued or parkerized for a durable factory finish.
The chambers are machined to match the original SMG profile for reliable feeding and chambering. If your SMG barrel has a high round count, a spare barrel is always a good option to have on-hand.

1. Ensure that your firearm is not loaded.
2. Remove the upper receiver from the lower receiver by removing the front split pin.
3. Lock the steel lug of the upper receiver front block in a vice. Using a steel punch, drive the barrel retaining roll pin out of the receiver front block.
4. With the upper receiver front block still securely locked in a vice, using threaded barrel bars, screw both bars onto the threads of the threaded barrel in the receiver and lock the bars against each other on the barrel threads.
5. Use a hammer on the inside barrel bar to break the barrel loose from the upper receiver. Unscrew the old barrel from the upper receiver.
6. Screw the new barrel into the upper receiver barrel block. Once again, use the threaded barrel bars on to the new barrel and torque the new barrel into the upper receiver.
7. With the upper receiver still in the vice, drill through the existing hole in the upper receiver barrel block which will stake the barrel into the upper receiver.
8. Replace the barrel retaining roll pin
